Julia Ross's Diet Cure
Quick Symptom Questionnaire

Julia Ross says her goal in The Diet Cure book "is to stop your food cravings, address your eating and weight problems, and eliminate your mood swings and negative obsessions about your body." But first, she says you need to determine what is causing these problems.

Below is a questionnaire similar to the one she administers at her clinic. Its eight key sections will help you to identify your particular physical imbalances.

Each question is worth a maximum possible of between two and five points. That number is already shown in the answer box. If a symptom does not apply to you, type a zero over that number. If it applies a little to you, enter a number that is less then the maximum number in the box. (The maximum points is also shown in parenthesis at the end of each question.) As you enter your scores, the total for that section will adjust automatically. There's also a section at the end where you can enter all your section totals.

For each section there are corresponding chapters in the Diet Cure that will tell you exactly what to do to correct your imbalances and clear away your symptoms.
