My friend, Stephanie Laitala-Welch recently gave me this book (thanks again, Steph), written by the guy who wrote Learned Optimism and is father of what's called Positive Psychology.

I recommend the book, and this assessment in particular. It identifies your five signature strengths, perhaps the key distinction in the book.
