Working with Jim #3 — Your First Program

If we choose to work together, we’ll start with a four-month program.

I recommend that program include the services below.  The point is to have you experience the value to you of face-to-face meetings, experience the value to you of connecting by phone and experience the value of having a coaching conversation when you’re in the thick of an issue (Just-In-Time coaching).  I recommend we start with two meetings each of the first two months so we get up to speed quickly.

  • Six face-to-face meetings
  • Two telephone/Skype meetings
  • One Just-In-Time coaching call

These services typically are scheduled as follows:

  • Month #1
    • 2 Scheduled Meetings
  • Month #2
    • 2 Scheduled Meetings
  • Month #3
    • 1 Scheduled Meeting
    • 1 Scheduled phone/Skype/face-time call
  • Month #4
    • 1 Scheduled Meeting
    • 1 Scheduled phone/Skype/face-time call
  • At some point over these four months, when you’re in the middle of an important issue where having the opportunity to get coaching while you’re in the middle, we set up a “Just-In-Time” coaching call.  Usually this will take place the day you call.  We’ll usually spend 30 minutes on that call, sometimes longer.  Often we’ll handle the issue in one call and the opportunity is to have additional phone conversations as long as the issue is in play.

After this initial four-month program, we’ll have a good sense of what works best for you and if you choose to continue, your next program will be built around you.
